1. When you download and use the App:

We collect Personal Data when you use or interact with our Services, including when you register for an account, purchase a Premium Subscription (including processing of payment), and when you ask us to customize our Services. 3. When you use a wearable or other connected device：

We collect Fitness and Wellness Data when you use a device that is connected to the Internet, such as activity trackers and other devices or wearables that integrate with the Services. The Data may include your height, weight, measurements, dietary habits, fitness activity, fitness goals, and similar types of data relating to physiological condition and activity. We may also collect certain information about the device or product such as serial number, Bluetooth address, UPC, or other device- or purchase-related information.

Note on Apple HealthKit

We provide ability to connect and share information between Apple HealthKit and the App. The information you provide to HealthKit is then governed by the Apple Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We do not use information gained through the HealthKit framework for marketing, advertising or similar services. You can always choose to stop maxbud accessing Apple HealthKit data by changing the settings of your mobile device.

4. When you take our surveys, self-assessment quizzes, leave us product reviews or feedback.

We may process your name, email address, device-related information (such as operating system and hardware you have, device ID) and other information which you provide voluntarily. We will use this data to improve our service and promote our products.

5. When we need access to IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers):

We may collect IDFA from your device with your explicit consent. IDFA is used for advertising and marketing purposes, such as serving personalized ads to you and measuring the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. Please note that you can always manage and revoke our ability to access IDFA via your device settings.

When you use redeem codes provided by us, we may collect certain data that is necessary to validate and apply your redeem code.
