Maxbud Service Discontinuation in the United States
Dear Maxbud Users,
Thank you for your continued support of Maxbud.
Due to a business adjustment, Maxbud will discontinue services for users in the United States effective May 15, 2026 (the “Shutdown Date”). After the Shutdown Date, access to the
app and related services, including logging, analysis, and premium features, will no longer be available.
Key Dates
May 15, 2026: New user registration will be disabled. In-app
purchases/top-ups and subscription auto-renewal will be stopped.
May 15, 2026: The app and related services will be fully
discontinued.
Subscription and Refund Information
If you currently have an active Maxbud subscription:
Auto-renewal has been disabled for all subscriptions as of April 3,
2026 on both the App Store and Google Play.
Please manually verify your subscription status and cancel it before the Shutdown Date to avoid any future
charges.
If you purchased through Apple:
Cancel subscription: Go to Settings > [your name] >
Subscriptions, select Maxbud, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Request a refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “I’d like to” > “Request a
refund,” and follow the instructions.
If you purchased through Google Play:
Cancel subscription: Open Google Play > Subscriptions, select
Maxbud, and tap Cancel subscription.
Request a refund: Go to play.google.com > Payments &
subscriptions > Budget & order history, find the order, click Report a problem, and submit
your
request.
Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of Apple or Google Play. Refunds may not be available in cases
where the service has already been used or where the platform determines the order is not eligible for refund.
Data Export and Account Deletion
You may export your personal data and delete your account at any time before
May 15, 2026 through the app:
Export data: Go to Me > Export Data
Delete account: Go to Me > Account Settings > Delete Account
Please complete any data export or account deletion before the Shutdown Date. After the Shutdown Date:
Access to the app and related services will no longer be available;
Data export and account deletion features will be discontinued;
Your data may be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and data retention
policies.
Please note that if you do not export your data before the Shutdown Date, you may no longer be able to retrieve
it afterward, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from late or incomplete export actions.

If you have any questions, complaints, or appeals regarding your subscription, refund, or data handling,

We will aim to respond within 3 business days and handle eligible
requests within 10 business days, subject to the complexity of the
issue and applicable platform rules.
